• This is a small body pad that is 14" long and 7" wide rice/flax seed pad.
• A long neck wrap that is 30" x 6" long and then a 10" x 4" eye bag is also available in this set. If you would like a smaller neck wrap, you can get it in a 20" x 5" size.
• The average heating time is 25 secocnds then 10 second increments to desired temperature. Touch to test first,It can vary depending on the microwave. Tuck it in bed as a safer alternative to a hot water bottle or spread it over those aching joints and feel the warm relief. They are also great for period pains, endometriosis, arthritis, muscle injuries, headaches, back pain and labour pain.
